We’re in the final stages of the X1 blockchain mainnet release, and before that happens, the Xenblocks ledger needs to be linked to the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM), called Xolana, that has been in testing since May this year. Here we show you how to link and verify your Xenblocks mining address with your Solana address so you can receive your XNM rewards on the X1 chain.
What are Xenblocks and Xenium?
HASHEADs, it is time to register your X1 (SVM) compatible address. You will need a browser wallet (MM or Rabby), and newly created SVM address which you can get on any Solana compatible wallets (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack).

Using your #XENBLOCKs (ethereum compatible address),…
Xenblocks is the Proof of Work (PoW) component of the X1 chain. It’s based on the Argon2id hashing algorithm that is memory-hard, energy efficient, and quantum-resistant. It’s suitable for mining with CPUs, although mining with GPU cards is much more efficient. Miners have been mining Xenium (XNM) coins, XUNI, and Superblocks (X.BLK) since September 16th last year, and the first halving is expected to happen somewhere around that day. The total supply of Xenium is around 620 million. The first Xenblocks halving happened on September 16, 2024. The mining reward was cut out in half from 10 XNM to 5 XNM per block. The first halving block number was 29,818,420.
The mining difficulty is expected to increase as more people join the network, and this is likely what will happen when the X1 mainnet comes out however, the launch date is still unknown.
XNM has no price yet, and the transfers aren’t active. Linking the Ethereum address used for XNM mining with the Solana address is the first step in activating them, so let’s see how to do it.
How to register X1 address with an Ethereum address
If you have been mining XNM, then you used an Ethereum address to receive the coins. If you haven’t been mining Xenblocks yet and you want to learn how to do it, then read our Xenblocks mining guide.
To receive XNM and XUNI rewards on X1, you need to connect your Ethereum-compatible wallet with your mining address to the address migration page: https://xenblocks.io/address_migration. Generate an address with a Solana wallet like Backpack, Phantom, or Solflare and paste it in the empty field. Once you click submit, you will need to sign the message that shows in your Ethereum wallet. Confirming will link and verify the ownership of both addresses. You need to have the private keys to both addresses so you can be sure to have access to your coins.
The wallet will never ask you for any fees. It’s just a message-signing method. If at any moment during this process you will be asked for fees, that means you are not using an official signer and you’re at risk of losing your coins.
Once you link the addresses, it will be possible to view them both on the Xenblocks Explorer: https://explorer.xenblocks.io/leaderboard.
It is possible to link multiple ETH accounts to a single SVM account and there’s no time limit to do so.
Here, you can see all the verified addresses https://xenblocks.io/reg-ledger
You will not see any coins on your Solana wallet just yet. The tokens will become visible when the transfrs are activated.
XNM transfers
XNM transfers are still inactive and it’s not possible to move and trade the token on-chain. Transfers will become active at X1 mainnet launch.
